Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, while express options are available at checkout for faster arrival. International orders may take 10–14 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Regular care keeps leather looking its best for years. After each wear, dirt and dust should be wiped away with a soft, dry cloth. A quality leather conditioner applied every few weeks helps prevent drying and cracking. For deeper cleaning, a damp cloth with a small amount of leather-specific soap works well. Storage in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight is strongly recommended.
All footwear is crafted from full-grain genuine leather, sourced from tanneries with a focus on quality and traceability. Each pair is handmade in Italy by skilled artisans using traditional techniques passed down across generations. No synthetic materials are used in the uppers or lining.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original condition with all packaging intact. A prepaid return label is included with each order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Sizing follows standard European measurements and generally runs true to size. For those between sizes or with a wider foot, sizing up by half is typically the better choice. Detailed measurements for each style are listed on the product page to help with the decision before purchasing.
A 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects, including stitching, sole adhesion, and hardware. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage caused by misuse are not included. For warranty claims, a photo of the defect along with the original order number is all that’s needed to start the process through customer support.
